Raised in Orange and at New Haven Nighthawks games, Fornabaio has been with the Post since 1997. He has covered the AHL since it arrived in town in 2001. He watches too much television, watches too much baseball and hockey, keeps way too many Sound Tigers history files and complains too much about the delay-of-game rule.
