PARISH â Multiple agencies responded to a school bus accident in Parish Monday morning.
Oswego County 911 Officials said the call came in around 8:34 a.m. for a single vehicle crash involving a bus in the 600 block of county Route 22 from the Altmar-Parish-Williamstown Central School District.
Officials said they were unclear if there were any injuries, but several students were taken to the hospital for evaluation.
Superintendent Lynn Rhone told the Palladium-Times there were no substantial injuries to students or staff. EMT had suggested three students who reported neck, back and/or rib pain be transported to the hospital by parents or ambulance to Oswego General Hospital.
All students were examined by EMTs or the school nurse, Rhone said.
Rhone said Wednesday everyone was back in school and doing well.
Parish Fire Department, Hastings Fire Department, New York State Police and the Oswego County Sheriffâs Office all responded to the call.
