Participants eagerly awaited insights from Professor Larry Diamond of the Hoover Institute and Stanford University, whose book “Ill Winds: Saving Democracy from Russian Rage, Chinese Ambition, and American Complacency,” served as a catalyst for discussions on critical issues demanding attention.
