Born 1st of Oct 1981 Paddington muguza also known as Chef Paddaza to the family of Mr and Mrs Muguza from Harare, Zimbabwe. Chef Paddy furthered his education at Bulawayo School of Tourism & Hospitality (ZW) and University of Johannesburg (SA) as a Professional Chef in Culinary Arts.
Chef paddy started his life growing up has been a beautiful and challenging thing to him, and his family are always there to support his visions. Chef paddy is very passionate about sustainability, healthy eating and continual development of processes that cut outs goal diversions and get optimum results promptly.
Chef paddy as a chef and tourist has lived in so many countries including Japan, London , Zimbabwe, South Africa , Botswana, and currently working with one of the biggest hotel Alisa Hotel in Ghana.
Chef paddy is a Serial reader, Golfer, Gardener , Business Analysis, and to mention his frequent outings with friends. This sensational chef aims to bring the universe together in his own capacity by fusion of different cuisines.
Chef Paddy is an all round go-getter and goes beyond capacity to tackle even the unseen circumstances, his main objective is to bring understanding and drive into the gastronomical space for all parties involved to diligently supply healthy sustainable food in the best form of service ever employed.
Chef paddy has strong belief in continuous development, learn as long as you live and use each day kindly like it’s your lastand. As a teacher he always advice that In the kitchen do not over re-invent tasty classic recipe in the name of infusion cuisine.He has a very keen interest when it comes to his knife “Do not touch my knife 🤣🤣🤣”, as every master chef, that is a big one vision to becoming the Gastronomical think tank engine and source of inspiration for world chefs and all food lovers globally by cooking tasty, healthy dishes from all over the world
Chef paddy mission is to Offer, invent and develop dishes that the world will embrace and subsequently enjoy the long time benefits thereof.
