After winning the Sky Bet League One Player-of-the-Month award for September, Plymouth Argyle loan signing Morgan Whittaker followed that up with a very impressive October too.
He chipped in with three goals and a trio of assists as the Pilgrims won six of their seven league games and drew the other one – 2-2 away to Bristol Rovers.
Whittaker was outstanding in the 4-2 Devon derby victory over Exeter City at a sold-out Home Park on Monday night and deservedly picked up the Sky Sports player-of-the-match prize.

He equalised for Argyle with a fine left-foot finish to make it 1-1 less than two minutes after Archie Collins had opened the scoring for the visitors.
Then, he came up with a couple of assists as second half substitute Ryan Hardie netted twice to clinch a memorable victory.
In an Argyle side where the goals have been shared around this season, Whittaker has been involved in 30 per cent of them by either scoring or assisting.
His tally of seven league goals is the joint fifth highest in the third tier of English football, which puts him alongside team-mate Hardie.
Only Jonson Clarke (11, Peterborough United), Aaron Collins (nine, Bristol Rovers), Colby Bishop (eight, Portsmouth) and Jevani Brown (eight, Exeter City) have netted more times than Whittaker.
The talented 21-year-old has also totalled five assists, so his 12 goal involvements represents 29.3 per cent of Argyle's 41 goals in league and cup this term.
Argyle manager Steven Schumacher said: "He took his goal against Exeter really well. It was a brilliant touch and a lovely finish.
"The two assists that he got for Ryan were moments of real quality as well. He's a player who is in great form, playing with confidence, playing with a smile on his face, which is so important for Morgan. Long may that continue as well."
