Dancehall artist Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale, has shown his support for struggling actor Funny Face and ailing socialite Moesha Boduong. With just two months into 2024, Funny Face, also known as the Children’s President, has revealed his financial difficulties, preventing him from visiting his three daughters due to lack of funds. Meanwhile, Moesha is currently hospitalized, with her family scrambling to raise funds for her healthcare after she suffered a stroke a few weeks ago.
Both celebrities have taken to social media to solicit funds for their upkeep. In a gesture of support, Shatta Wale has expressed his willingness to gift each of them a car. He cited his successful venture in the car-hailing business, “Shaxi,” which has enabled him to acquire numerous vehicles. Shatta Wale explained that instead of giving them cash directly, he preferred to offer them cars, allowing them to generate income for six months before reclaiming them.
Expressing his familial bond with Funny Face and Moesha, Shatta Wale emphasized his desire to alleviate their situations by providing them with cars for their livelihoods. He conveyed his intention to coordinate with their respective teams through his associate, Sammy Flex, to facilitate the car gifts.
Shatta Wale’s gesture underscores the importance of solidarity and support within the entertainment industry, especially during times of adversity.
