The Regional Maritime University is an international tertiary institution and private university in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana, and they have produced 32years old Fatimatu Abubakari the Ceo of Fam Global Company Ltd, the leading E-commerce supermarket with its branch in Ghana. The Regional Maritime University attained its full university status on 25 October 2007 and was then established as such by John Agyekum Kufuor, former President of the Republic of Ghana.
Fatimatu Abubakari also known as Mama Faith from the lineage of Mr and Mrs Sadick Abubakari had her secondary school education at Accra Girls’ High School where she read General Arts. She furthered her post-graduate at the Regional Maritime where she studied for BSc in Ports and Shipping Administration. There are 68 universities registered in Ghana. The college was then renamed the Regional Maritime Academy (RMA).
