Best International Flow award at BET Hip Hop Awards In October 2019, King of Rap Sarkodie the HIGHEST, paid tributes to the Late great Highlife Legend Nana K. Ampadu. The death of the Great Ghanaian Highlife legend came as a shock to many people and fans.
Before his death, Nana Kwame Ampadu worked with several of the new crops of artists. He supported Kumi Guitar’s first hit at Zylofon Music, titled “Dream.” He even made a cameo appearance in the official music video for “Dream.”
A few months ago, Sarkodie shared a new single he had recorded with the legend. The song is yet to be released. Sarkodie in paying tribute to him posted a video of when they met some time ago on social media Instagram. He added a voice note and music of the late singer advising him about social media.
